Effective: January 1, 2026 · This Privacy Policy explains how Amoré Orthodontic Aligners ("Amoré," "we") collects and uses information through amoresmile.com (the "Site"). Protected health information you provide for treatment is handled under our separate HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices and is collected on our practice-management partner's secure, HIPAA-covered systems — not stored on this website.

- Information you give us: name, email, phone, and your state/ZIP when you start a consultation or join a waitlist; messages you send us.
- Health information for treatment (date of birth, medical/dental history, photos, etc.) is collected through our practice-management partner GreyFinch on its HIPAA-covered platform, governed by our HIPAA Notice — not by this website.
- Automatically collected: device/browser data, IP address, pages viewed, and approximate location, via cookies and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) to understand and improve the Site.
3. How we use information
- To respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, and guide you into the right care path (in-office vs. at-home).
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site and our marketing (e.g., understanding which pages and campaigns help patients).
- We do not sell your personal information.

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information through the Site. Minors receiving treatment are handled through a parent or guardian via our practice systems.
