Amoré Orthodontic Aligners — Terms of Service (Website Terms)
Effective: January 1, 2026 · These Terms govern your use of amoresmile.com (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to them.
What "Terms of Service" is (plain English): the rules for using your website — what visitors can/can't do, important disclaimers (e.g., that browsing the Site is not itself dental treatment), payment and eligibility terms, and how disputes are handled. Every commercial site should have one alongside the Privacy Policy.
1. Who we are

2. No doctor–patient relationship from the Site alone
Using the Site, reading our content, or completing the pre-screening quiz does not create a doctor–patient relationship and is not a diagnosis or treatment. A clinical relationship begins only after you enroll, provide records, and our board-certified orthodontist accepts your case.
3. Eligibility & state availability
- You must be 18 or older to purchase/enroll online. Patients under 18 may be treated, but a parent or legal guardian (18+) must enroll, provide consent, and pay on the minor's behalf as the responsible party.
- Our at-home (teleorthodontic) care is only available in states where it is permitted and where we offer it. We determine availability by your state at intake; if your state isn't available, you may join our waitlist. In-office care is available at our Farmington Hills location.
4. The $50 diagnosis fee, treatment & payment
- Starting at-home care requires a $50 diagnosis fee, credited toward treatment (see Refund & Candidacy Policy).
- Treatment is provided only if our orthodontist confirms candidacy after reviewing your records/impressions.
- Payment, the in-house 0% payment plan ($200 down, $99/month, no credit check, card on file), and refunds are governed by our Refund & Candidacy Policy, incorporated here by reference. You authorize charges to your card on file per that policy.
5. Health information
Health information you submit for care is handled under our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices and Privacy Policy and is collected on our HIPAA-covered practice-management platform, not stored on this Site.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site (no unlawful use, scraping, interference, or attempts to access non-public areas). Content on the Site is owned by Amoré or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
7. Medical disclaimer
Site content is general information, not medical advice. Always follow the guidance of your treating orthodontist. Outcomes vary by individual.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amoré disclaims warranties regarding the Site and limits liability for Site use. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g., professional malpractice, which is governed by applicable law, not these Site Terms).
9. Third-party links/services
The Site may link to third-party services (e.g., scheduling, payments). We are not responsible for their content or practices.
10. Changes; governing law; contact
- We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
