Online orthodontist
An online orthodontist who is actually an orthodontist.
Amoré's tele-orthodontic clear aligner program is planned and monitored by Dr. Jessica Delgado, a US board-certified orthodontist. You start online from anywhere in the US, take impressions at home, and check in with your doctor remotely — for $1,499, roughly half the cost of traditional treatment.
Board-certified orthodontist · Records & radiographs reviewed before treatment · In-network with most major dental insurance
Why "online orthodontist" usually isn't one
Most direct-to-consumer aligner companies describe their care as "orthodontist-directed." In practice a network dentist or technician approves an algorithm-generated plan, and no single specialist is responsible for your outcome. When treatment goes off track — teeth that don't track, bite changes, gum recession — there is no one to adjust it.
Amoré was built the other way around. It is an orthodontic practice with one board-certified orthodontist, an in-house lab, and a Farmington Hills, Michigan clinic. The online program is that same practice, delivered remotely: your plan, your progress reviews and your refinements are all Dr. Delgado's.

Online orthodontist questions
What is an online orthodontist?
An online (tele-orthodontic) orthodontist plans and monitors your clear aligner treatment remotely: you send impressions and photos, the orthodontist designs the plan and reviews your progress through virtual check-ins. At Amoré that orthodontist is Dr. Jessica Delgado, a US board-certified specialist.
How is Amoré different from Byte, SmileDirectClub or other mail-order aligners?
Those brands were built around an app and a technician; there was no named orthodontist accountable for your case. At Amoré, one board-certified orthodontist designs your plan, reviews your records and radiographs, and personally checks your progress.
Which states can Amoré treat online?
We treat patients in most US states. State teledentistry rules vary and a few states require an in-person exam, so we confirm eligibility for your state when you start.
How much does online orthodontist treatment cost?
$1,499 for comprehensive treatment — the same price as in-office care — with $0 down and 0% in-house financing. Most major dental insurance plans can be applied.
What if my teeth don't move as planned?
That's exactly why a real orthodontist matters. Dr. Delgado reviews your check-in photos and, if your teeth are off track, adjusts the plan or orders refinement aligners rather than letting the problem compound.
Do I need x-rays for online treatment?
Yes — current dental records including radiographs are required before we start. Most patients already have them from their dentist; if not, a routine exam where x-rays are taken is all that's needed.
